Stimulus to expand Oklahoma research facilities

The National Institutes of Health awarded the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation $7.03 million in federal stimulus funds to build lab, clinic and mechanical space for foundation scientists studying autoimmune diseases.
The space will take up three floors of the eight-story tower under construction on the foundation campus near downtown. Building began last year and is expected to be complete by January.
